Pipedrive Pricing Plans (2026): What are the Hidden Costs & True Value?
Table of Contents
Quick answer: Pipedrive starts at $14 per seat per month on annual billing. The four plans are Lite ($14), Growth ($39), Premium ($59), and Ultimate ($79). Most B2B sales teams land on Growth — it’s where email sync, automations, and sequences unlock. Add-ons can significantly increase the true cost; a fully loaded Growth plan for 10 people runs $5,000–$8,000 per year depending on which add-ons you stack.
I’ve reviewed Pipedrive’s pricing directly from their pricing page. Worth knowing upfront: the plan names changed in late 2025. If you’re seeing references to Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, or Enterprise anywhere online, those are the old names.
The current lineup is Lite, Growth, Premium, and Ultimate. All pricing below is verified from pipedrive.com as of May 2026.
For a full comparison of the best CRM for sales teams across eight platforms, I cover that separately. If you’re already sold on Pipedrive and just need to know which plan fits, jump to the plan recommendation section below.

Pipedrive Pricing Plans: Full Breakdown
Pipedrive offers four paid plans, all billed per seat per month. There is no free plan — every tier requires a paid subscription after the 14-day trial ends.
| Plan | Annual (per seat/mo) | Key features |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | Pipeline, contacts, basic reports, 500+ integrations |
| Growth | $39 | Email sync + tracking, automations, sequences, forecasting |
| Premium | $59 | Lead gen + routing, e-signatures, Smart Docs, enrichment |
| Ultimate | $79 | Sandbox, extended phone support, security rules, enrichment |
Prices verified May 2026 — pipedrive.com. Annual billing. US list prices.
Lite — $14/seat/mo (annual) The entry point. You get lead, calendar, and pipeline management, AI-powered report creation, real-time sales feed, and 500+ integrations. What you don’t get: email sync, automations, or sequences.
For a solo founder tracking deals manually, it works. For any team that sends email as part of their sales process, the limitations show up within the first week.
Growth — $39/seat/mo (annual) This is where Pipedrive becomes a real sales tool. Growth adds full email sync with tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, and a meeting scheduler.
Live chat support is also included. The $25/seat jump from Lite is justified the moment your reps are doing active outreach. This is the plan most B2B sales teams should start on.
Premium — $59/seat/mo (annual) Premium layers on lead generation and routing, custom scoring and company data enrichment, AI-powered multi-email tools, contracts and e-signatures, and enhanced customization for teams, reports, and data fields.
LeadBooster ($32.50/mo) and Smart Docs ($32.50/mo) — paid add-ons on Lite and Growth — are bundled into Premium. For a team of 5 or more that needs both, Premium can cost less than Growth-plus-add-ons.
Ultimate — $79/seat/mo (annual) Ultimate adds fortified account security with rules and alerts, phone and email data enrichment, a sandbox testing account, extended phone support, and partnership discounts.
Built for larger organizations with compliance requirements or complex integration needs.
For most SMB B2B teams, Premium delivers the majority of Pipedrive’s sales capability at a lower cost — Ultimate is rarely necessary below 25 seats.
Pipedrive Pricing: Annual vs Monthly Billing
Annual billing saves up to 42% compared to monthly. Here’s what that looks like across tiers:
| Plan | Annual (per seat/mo) | Monthly (per seat/mo) | Approx. annual savings per seat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | ~$24 | ~$120 |
| Growth | $39 | ~$54 | ~$180 |
| Premium | $59 | ~$82 | ~$276 |
| Ultimate | $79 | ~$109 | ~$360 |
Monthly prices are approximate. Verify exact monthly rates at pipedrive.com using the billing toggle before purchasing.
The break-even point on annual vs monthly is roughly 7–8 months. If you’re confident you’ll use Pipedrive for a full year, annual is the clear choice. If you’re still evaluating or expect your team size to shift significantly, monthly gives you flexibility — at a meaningful cost premium.
One important note: Pipedrive charges per seat, whether that seat is assigned to an active user or not.
If you buy 10 seats and only 8 people join, you’re still paying for 10. Size your seat count carefully before committing to annual billing.
True Pipedrive Cost: 5, 10, and 25 Users
Annual billing, US list prices, base plan only. Add-ons not included. Verified May 2026.
| Plan | 5 Users/mo | 10 Users/mo | 25 Users/mo | 10-user annual total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $70 | $140 | $350 | $1,680 |
| Growth | $195 | $390 | $975 | $4,680 |
| Premium | $295 | $590 | $1,475 | $7,080 |
| Ultimate | $395 | $790 | $1,975 | $9,480 |
These are base plan costs only. The real number once you factor in add-ons is covered in the next section — and for most teams, it’s meaningfully higher.

Pipedrive Add-Ons: The Costs Pipedrive Doesn’t Lead With
This is the section most Pipedrive pricing guides skip. Add-ons are priced per company, not per user — the cost stays fixed regardless of how many seats you have.
That’s good for larger teams, but for a 5-person team, some add-ons nearly double the base plan cost.
All five add-ons with starting prices verified from pipedrive.com (May 2026):
LeadBooster — from $32.50/mo Lead capture tools including chatbot, live chat, prospector, and web forms. Included in Premium and above. On Lite or Growth, this adds $390/year on top of the base plan.
Smart Docs — from $32.50/mo Document management, e-signatures, and trackable document links. Included in Premium and above. On Lite or Growth, another $390/year.
Web Visitors — from $41/mo Reverse IP lookup to identify companies visiting your site. Company-level only — not individual people. Pricing scales with traffic volume; $41 is the starting price for lower-traffic sites. Not included in any plan — always an add-on regardless of tier.
Campaigns — from $13.33/mo Email marketing campaigns sent directly from Pipedrive. For teams that want basic email marketing without a separate tool. Not included in any plan.
Projects — from $6.67/mo Project management boards inside Pipedrive. Useful for agencies and consultancies managing post-sale delivery alongside the pipeline. Included in Premium and above.
The add-on math in practice:
A 10-person team on Growth ($390/mo base) that adds LeadBooster and Web Visitors pays:
- Base: $390/mo
- LeadBooster: $32.50/mo
- Web Visitors: $41/mo
- Total: $463.50/mo — $5,562/year
That’s 19% above the base plan price. Add Smart Docs and the total reaches $496/mo — $5,952/year. At that point, upgrading to Premium ($590/mo for 10 users) bundles LeadBooster and Smart Docs and adds more features.
The add-on math is worth running before committing to a plan tier.
Which Pipedrive Plan Do Most B2B Sales Teams Actually Need?
Solo founder or 1–2 person team: Start on Lite ($14/seat). You’re tracking deals, not running sequences. Upgrade to Growth when you start sending regular outbound email or want automated follow-ups.
5–15 person B2B sales team: Growth ($39/seat) is almost always the right starting point. Email sync, automations, sequences, and forecasting cover the core needs of most active sales teams at this size.
If you also need lead generation tools or e-signatures, run the add-on math — Premium may be cheaper.
15+ person team or complex sales process: Premium ($59/seat) makes sense here. The bundled add-ons, enhanced customization, and data enrichment tools justify the cost for larger teams.
Ultimate is worth evaluating only if you have compliance requirements, need a sandbox environment, or want dedicated phone support.
The honest truth about plan upgrades: Most teams underestimate which plan they need. They sign up for Lite, hit the email sync wall within a week, and upgrade to Growth.
Then they add LeadBooster and realize Premium is cheaper. Buy the plan you’ll actually need in 90 days, not the cheapest one today.

Pipedrive vs HubSpot: Quick Cost Comparison
The most common cross-shop is Pipedrive vs HubSpot. Here’s the honest cost comparison at two levels. HubSpot Sales Hub pricing verified from hubspot.com, May 2026.
Entry level: HubSpot Free vs Pipedrive Lite
HubSpot’s free Sales Hub supports up to 2 users and includes basic pipeline management, contact tracking, and Gmail/Outlook integration — at $0. Pipedrive’s Lite plan costs $14/seat/mo and doesn’t include email sync.
For a team just getting started that wants to validate its process before paying anything, HubSpot free is the stronger starting point. Pipedrive has no free tier.
Mid-market: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional vs Pipedrive Growth
| HubSpot Sales Hub Pro | Pipedrive Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Price (annual) | $90/seat/mo | $39/seat/mo |
| Price (monthly) | $100/seat/mo | ~$54/seat/mo |
| 10-user monthly cost (annual billing) | $900 | $390 |
| 10-user annual total | $10,800 | $4,680 |
| Required onboarding fee | Yes — $1,500 one-time fee required | Free for plans over $400/yr |
| Email sequences | Yes | Yes |
| Forecasting | Yes | Yes |
| AI features | Breeze Prospecting Agent, Conversation Intelligence | AI-powered reports, deal scoring |
Pipedrive Growth costs less than half of HubSpot Professional per seat. For a pure pipeline management and outreach use case, Pipedrive wins clearly on price.
HubSpot Professional makes more sense when you need the broader HubSpot ecosystem — marketing automation, service hub, or deep content integration alongside sales.
For a deeper look at how CRM pricing compares across tools, I break down the full market in a separate guide.
What’s Included in Pipedrive’s Free Trial?
Pipedrive offers a 14-day free trial on all four plans. No credit card is required to start.
The trial defaults to Premium-tier features — which means you can test lead generation, e-signatures, LeadBooster, and automations before committing.
Here’s the thing: most people test everything on the Premium trial, then downgrade to Growth or Lite and discover the features they were using are gone.
Test on the plan tier you actually intend to buy, not just the default trial experience.
At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan or lose access. There’s no free tier to fall back on.
Pipedrive doesn’t publish a standard trial extension policy, but reps will often grant 14–30 day extensions on request — worth asking before the trial expires if you need more evaluation time.

Can You Get a Pipedrive Discount?
The honest answer: there are limited discount paths, and most aren’t publicized.
Annual billing is the only guaranteed discount — up to 42% vs monthly rates. Available to everyone.
Volume negotiations (50+ seats): Pipedrive directs larger buyers to contact sales directly. Discounts are negotiated case by case, not standardized. Quarter-end and year-end timing reportedly improves leverage.
Multi-year commitments: Not advertised publicly, but buyers report 10–20% off list pricing on multi-year deals when timed around quarter-end.
Nonprofit and educational discounts: Pipedrive does not offer these.
Free implementation: Pipedrive offers free implementation for accounts over $400/year — which covers Growth and above on annual billing for any team size.
Is Pipedrive Worth the Price?
Yes, if: You’re a B2B sales team of 2–30 reps whose primary motion is pipeline management and outbound email. Growth at $39/seat is one of the best-value paid CRM plans on the market for that use case.
The visual pipeline is genuinely excellent, adoption is fast, and the mobile app is solid. Most teams are up and running in a day.
Yes with caveats, if: You need significant add-ons. LeadBooster and Web Visitors push the effective cost well above the base plan price.
Run the true cost for your team size and add-on needs before committing — and check whether Premium’s bundled add-ons make more sense than Growth-plus-extras.
Probably not, if: You’re a heavy outbound calling team. Pipedrive has no native dialer — you’ll need Aircall, JustCall, or a similar integration, which adds cost and complexity.
Close CRM is the better tool for call-first teams. Similarly, if you’re an enterprise org with territory management, complex approval workflows, or deep marketing-sales integration requirements, Salesforce or HubSpot Enterprise are stronger fits.
The bottom line: For a B2B sales team that sends emails, manages a pipeline, and wants a tool reps will actually adopt — Pipedrive Growth is excellent value.
The pricing is transparent, the trial is genuinely useful, and the upgrade path is clear. Go in knowing your true cost including add-ons, and buy the plan you’ll need in 90 days, not the cheapest one today.
What to Do Next
Start the 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Test on the plan tier you intend to buy, not just the default Premium experience.
If you’re still cross-shopping, I cover Pipedrive alternatives and how they compare in a separate comparison.
FAQ
Does Pipedrive have a free plan? No. Pipedrive does not offer a permanent free tier. There is a 14-day free trial on all four plans with no credit card required. After the trial, you must choose a paid plan starting at $14/seat/month on annual billing.
If a free CRM is essential, HubSpot’s free Sales Hub (up to 2 users) or Zoho CRM (up to 3 users) are the strongest alternatives.
How much does Pipedrive cost for a team of 10? On annual billing, a 10-person team pays $140/mo on Lite, $390/mo on Growth, $590/mo on Premium, or $790/mo on Ultimate — before add-ons.
Add-ons are priced per company, so LeadBooster ($32.50/mo) and Web Visitors ($41/mo) add the same flat cost regardless of team size.
Is Pipedrive cheaper than Salesforce? Yes, significantly. Pipedrive Growth runs $39/seat/mo vs Salesforce Enterprise at $175/seat/mo.
For a 10-person team, that’s $4,680/year vs $21,000/year — before Salesforce implementation costs, which typically start at $15,000 or more for a properly configured setup. Pipedrive also offers free implementation for annual plans over $400/year.
Can I cancel Pipedrive anytime? On monthly billing, yes — cancel anytime and you won’t be charged for the following month. On annual billing, you’re committed for the year.
Pipedrive does not offer prorated refunds on annual plans if you cancel mid-year. If you’re uncertain about committing, start monthly and switch to annual once you’ve validated the tool.
What happened to Pipedrive’s old plan names? In late 2025, Pipedrive rebranded its plan lineup. The old names map to new ones as follows: Essential → Lite, Advanced → Growth, Professional + Power → Premium, Enterprise → Ultimate.
Pricing also changed with the rebrand. If you’re referencing older articles or comparisons, the plan names and prices may not be current.
Is there a Pipedrive discount for annual billing? Yes — annual billing saves up to 42% compared to monthly rates. That’s the only standardized discount Pipedrive publishes.
Volume discounts for 50+ seats and multi-year deals are available but require contacting their sales team directly.
